

All fees, charges and accounts are payable in advance as determined by Navitas at WKU. Students will not be permitted to commence or continue their program at the beginning of any semester until all outstanding fees, charges and accounts are paid.
Fees are correct at the time of printing. Navitas at WKU and WKU reserve the right to vary its fees at any time without notice.
Where a student studies less than or more than a full semester load, the student will pay the current per course fee for each course undertaken.
Should it be necessary for the student to repeat a course, the full amount is payable.
Any overpayment of fees will remain credited towards a student’s account and applied against charges in a subsequent semester unless the student has completed, cancelled or withdrawn from their program.
No refunds are given for tuition fees unless the student has completed, cancelled or withdrawn from their program.

All students attending Navitas at WKU are required to be enrolled full time in a degree program. Students not enrolled in an appropriate number of hours will be reported to WKU International Students and Scholars Services office.
Student can defer their program start date to the following semester one time without financial obligation. Subsequent requests for deferral will result in the student needing to re-apply and the refund policy will determine the financial penalty. Deferral requests must be made in writing. If a student wishes to defer their admission until a later term, Navitas at WKU will hold the fees paid until commencement without levying a penalty one time. If the student subsequently withdraws, the Refund Policy will apply as of the date Navitas at WKU was advised in writing of their withdrawal. Navitas at WKU reserves the right to apply the Refund Policy to the date of the initial deferral. Navitas at WKU reserves the right to not approve deferral requests.
Continuing students wishing to defer their program after enrollment and will be subject to the Refund Policy. If the student subsequently withdraws, the Refund Policy will be applied from the date Navitas at WKU received notice regarding the leave. If the student applies for a leave of absence after the semester commences, their place will be held but all tuition fees applicable to that absence will be subject to the Refund Policy.
For the purposes of this Refund Schedule Policy, term fees are defined as one full-time term of study in any program at Navitas at WKU.
All currency in this refund policy is in United States dollars (USD).
If an applicant accepts a place offered at Navitas at WKU and pays the deposit and/or fees, a binding contract is created between Navitas at WKU and the student.
Notification of cancellation or withdrawal from a course(s) or withdrawal or deferral from a program of study must be made in writing to Navitas at WKU, 1906 College Heights Blvd., #81030, Bowling Green, KY 42101-1030, USA or by email to admissionsWKU@navitas.com only from the student’s email address.
Students who dispute Navitas at WKU’s decision regarding a refund have recourse with the Executive Director of Navitas at WKU.
In the case of cancellation or withdrawal, the cancellation fee (administration charge if relevant) will be calculated as shown in the table below.

In case of a deferral, the fees will be retained by Navitas at WKU until recommencement of studies. If the student subsequently withdraws, the Refund Policy will apply as of the date Navitas at WKU was advised in writing of their withdrawal. Navitas at WKU reserves the right to apply the Refund Policy to the date of the initial deferral.
Where an I20 and/or F1 Visa or any other immigration document is rejected due to a breach in student study conditions, a student must withdraw from Navitas at WKU and the cancellation fee will be calculated as shown in the table below.
SEVIS fees paid to the US Department of Homeland Security by the student are not reimbursed by Navitas.
Students whose admission offer is withdrawn for submission of a false/ misleading application or enrollment is terminated by Navitas at WKU will not be entitled to any refund of fees. Any fee refund is wholly at the discretion of Navitas at WKU.
Students who must withdraw for medical reasons must show proof of the medical condition, that requires them to withdraw, from a physician. Refunds for medical reasons will be based upon the table below.
Navitas at WKU reserves the right to withdraw a program or course(s) from offer at its discretion. If a student is unable to enroll in a similar program or course(s) at Navitas at WKU and the enrollment is cancelled, all fees will be refunded with the exception of the $250 administration fee.
All refunds under this Refund Policy will be paid within four (4) weeks of receiving a written claim from the student.
Refunds are to be paid to the person who enters into the contract with Navitas at WKU, unless the person gives a written direction to Navitas at WKU to pay the refund to another person after which the student forfeits ability to regain the funding.
