

To secure placement, it is necessary to pay the fees and charges due. The deposit due is
$US250 which is listed on the second page of your offer letter. Payment of the amount due
should be made in U.S. dollars to Navitas at WKU by bank check, cashier check, international bank draft, or wire transfer through direct deposit or telegraphic transfer to the following account:

If you pay by direct deposit or telegraphic transfer, you must provide Navitas at WKU with proof of payment (such as a receipt). Please quote your full legal name on the telegraphic transfer or direct deposit.
International students will receive an Admissions Letter and I-20 from Western Kentucky University. You must present these documents along with your original bank statements or financial funding to a USA Consulate in your home country when applying for an F-1 student visa. Sufficient time for the issue of an F-1 student visa should be allowed before the commencement of the program. This time frame may vary from country to country. Please be aware that students must pay the SEVIS fee on-line at the USA Consulate website in order to schedule a visa appointment.
After obtaining a F1 - Visa, the applicant is required within 21 days of receiving the Visa to pay Navitas at WKU the full cost of the first semester’s tuition and any additional student fees required. The applicant’s invoice will be mailed with their I-20. Based on this payment Navitas will then, book accommodation and complete student registration and other pre arrival administration for the student.
