Orientation

Orientation is the beginning of your journey at Navitas at WKU. It is a new study environment, a new country and a new way of life. It all starts at orientation so don't miss it!

What will happen at Orientation?

Navitas at WKU Orientation hosts a series of activities and information sessions that provide the necessary assistance new students need in order to properly adjust to their new environment.

• You will receive information about your time at Navitas at WKU and WKU
• Meet the Navitas at WKU staff, Student Ambassadors and new friends
• Be introduced to a range of services and facilities available to you as a student

The information sessions discuss accommodation, employment, meal plans, banking options, cell phones, student information systems, safety, health coverage and computer skills which are all designed to help you settle in to your new environment.

Most importantly Orientation ensures that you are enrolled - you will create your timetable, purchase textbooks and obtain your WKU Student ID Card.

What do I need to bring?

Bring along your passport, I-20, I-94 form and an original bank statement if you haven’t already sent it in. Wear comfortable clothing as you will be active.
